Ticket Touts Begin to Sell Registrations in The Hospitals.
In China, tickets touts do not only appear in railway stations and bus stations, but also hospitals now. They begin to sell registrations at extremely high price in the hospitals.

On January 25th, a video circulated on the Internet.In this video, a woman in white was very furious and accused the hospital, security guards and ticket touts in her high pitched voice. In Beijing, she said, ticket touts resold the original registration fee of 300 yuan at 4500 yuan. As a consequence, many sick could't register to see a doctor.
This girl is an ordinary college student, she went to a hospital to register for her sick mother,which is really well-known in the capital. However, it came out that the registration office were surrounded by ticket touts, and the patients are hopeless to queue.
In the past, ticket touts' job is only to help people buy tickets. Now, they are snapping up train tickets, bus tickets, making other people hard to buy even one ticket. After that, they can resell the tickets in hands at high price.
Shanghai natives call the ticket tout as scalper. Because the scene they get the tickets is like chaos of scalpers. Although China has been in the fight against "scalpers", the results was still not good so far.
People all say that getting medical treatment in china is difficult and highly cost, while the scalpers in hispital really distressed everyone.
But the good news is that the police already have arrested 12 ticket scalpers in major hospitals in Beijing. They aim to protect a better medical environment for people.
