As the digital version of motion sickness, it is caused by seeing fast motion on screens of smartphones or tablets.

Some people may suffer from carsick, seasick, and airsick. And now 80 per cent of the population is suffering from this ‘cybersickness’.

The symptoms include a headache, wanting to throw up, confusion and the need to sit down.

It is caused by seeing fast motion on a screen or scrolling through web pages on your phone.

Some studies found that women and confident, assertive people are more likely to suffer from cybersickness.
